Beyond the pay slip - Supporting employee financial wellbeing
Join our B Corp session on financial wellbeing—practical insights on super and personal finances for leaders and staff.
We are bringing together businesses and friends for an open, practical discussion about employee wellbeing with a focus on financial literacy which is often overlooked. The session is designed to be inclusive and relevant for organisations of all sizes.
Why this matters
• Financial stress is one of the biggest contributors to employee anxiety and burnout
• Women, younger staff, and part-time workers are disproportionately impacted
• Supporting financial literacy aligns with Purpose, People, and Impact
• Small, informed changes can make a meaningful long-term difference
